This 45-minute session is a gentle introduction to the world of in-person ASMR and deep relaxation.
Designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, this experience includes soft, intentional ASMR touch and soothing sensory techniques focused on the scalp and head, face, neck, arms, legs, and back. Every movement is slow, mindful, and created to guide your body into a peaceful state of ease.
I will place a warming eye mask, enhancing your comfort and helping you sink even deeper into relaxation. Midway through the session, you will then gently transition to a face-down position to continue the experience.
This is not a massage or a facial.
It is a unique sensory relaxation experience that allows your body and mind to reset, helping you feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

During the final 10 minutes, you will wear headphones and be guided through a pre-recorded meditation, gently integrating everything your body and mind have received and leaving you in a peaceful, grounded state.

This 60-minute experience is devoted entirely to relaxation and emotional well-being. It is a nurturing sensory service, not a medical treatment.
Your session begins as I gently settle you into complete comfort using specially selected pregnancy pillows and supportive positioning, allowing your body to feel held, safe, and fully at ease. From there, you’ll drift into a sequence of delicate touches, light fingertip trails, tender scratches, and slow, soothing strokes across the scalp, face, neck, back, arms, and legs.
The atmosphere is enhanced with the subtle aroma of organic, non-toxic essential oils, while warm towels melt into the back to deepen the sense of calm and care.You are free to move or adjust at any moment, so your relaxation always feels natural, supported, and unhurried.
After your session, you’re invited to remain cocooned in the tranquility of the space for an additional 20 minutes of rest then a warm cup of organic chamomile tea.
