This 45-minute session is a gentle introduction to the world of in-person ASMR and deep relaxation. Designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, this experience incorporates soft, intentional ASMR touch and soothing sensory techniques across the scalp, face, neck, arms, legs, feet, and back. Each movement is slow, mindful, and thoughtfully guided to ease your body into a state of deep peace.
A warming eye mask is placed over your eyes, inviting you to melt further into relaxation and surrender to the moment. As the session progresses, you’ll be gently guided into a face-down position, allowing the experience to flow seamlessly without interruption. To conclude, enjoy a cup of chamomile/lavender tea.

Back & Scalp Reset - 30 min
A focused relaxation session designed to melt away tension in the areas where stress is most often held.
Your experience begins with soothing ASMR-inspired touch and gentle relaxation techniques along the back and shoulders using lavender oil. Slow, calming movements help release built-up tension then a comforting warm towel is placed across your back.
The session then transitions into a deeply relaxing scalp ritual using nourishing castor hair oil (optional) and delicate hair play designed to calm the nervous system and encourage a sense of quiet.
Your visit concludes with a warm cup of lavender–chamomile tea so you can slowly return to your day feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
