Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I expect during a session?
Each session is personalized based on your preferences and comfort level. My goal is to create a relaxing, safe, and calming experience tailored specifically to you.

2. Do you clean and sanitize your tools and space?
Yes. Hygiene is a top priority. All tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every single client using professional-grade cleaning products. I also make sure the entire space is sanitized between sessions to maintain a clean and safe environment.

3. Do you change linens between clients?
Absolutely. All linens are freshly washed and replaced after every client. I take my time to ensure everything is clean, fresh, and prepared properly before each session.

4. What products do you use?
I use high-quality, skin-safe products. Everything is selected carefully to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxing experience.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $30 fee. (Unexpected emergencies can happen, especially for parents, and I always do my best to be flexible in those situations)

6. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed as long as it is done within the required notice period. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can accommodate your new preferred time.

7. Is this a safe and professional service?
Yes. This is a professional wellness and relaxation service. Boundaries are always respected, and the focus is on comfort, relaxation, and a positive experience.

9. What if I have never tried this before?
That’s completely okay. Many clients are first-timers. I will guide you through everything and make sure you feel comfortable from the beginning.

10. Who are sessions for?
For the comfort and focus of my practice, sessions are currently offered exclusively to women. This is a personal and professional choice that allows me to create a consistent, calming environment centered on relaxation, care, and comfort.

Because of the gentle and personal nature of this work, I want to ensure the experience is always understood and received in the way it is intended—as a safe, nurturing, and purely therapeutic space.

This decision is not in any way a reflection against any gender. It simply reflects the environment I have chosen to maintain in order to provide the best possible experience for my clients.
